BWC Construction

We used BWC for our home demo / rebuild. We are near the CT shore in a flood zone, which required the home to be FEMA compliant. I met the owner when he was renovating a nearby home that also required FEMA compliance. In our initial discussion, he steered me toward an architect that wound up being a perfect fit. He also helped us navigate that design process, even participating in conference calls along the way, well before any commitment was made to use his company for the project. Once the design was ready, BWC provided a detailed proposal, which was presented in person to ensure transparency. By now, we had already developed the trust we felt we needed to award the work to BWC. The project was challenging, and we made several changes and many upgrades along the way. Ben’s direct involvement throughout the process enabled a successful, timely completion with an end result that was even better than we envisioned. Our project took a year to the day, exactly as planned. It has been 2 years since we moved back in. Like any big project, some issues have popped during that time. BWC addressed each issue immediately, with no questions asked. Without reservation, I give BWC my highest recommendation for any home construction project.

We recently renovated our house with Ben from BWC, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Ben and his subcontractors did excellent work — no shortcuts anywhere.
